Katie Hamill is our People & Operations Manager. Originally from Towson, Maryland, she brings a well rounded background in people management, operational efficiency, and organizational development. Katie has a passion for creating workplaces where structure supports culture. Katie is a graduate of Towson University and then went on to earn her master’s degree from Liberty University. Katie focuses on building systems that allow teams to thrive by ensuring smooth operations, strong communication, and a sense of shared purpose across the organization. Guided by our core value of Care, Katie leads with compassion, integrity, and respect. She believes that how we treat others defines who we are, and that genuine care is what transforms a team into a community. This mindset shapes Katie’s approach to leadership by fostering collaboration, encouraging growth, and supporting both personal and professional development. In her role, Katie is dedicated to creating positive experiences for staff and clients alike, balancing strategic thinking with a people-first perspective. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her chocolate lab, exploring the outdoors, and taking day trips around Maryland with friends and always finding new places to visit and unwind.
